pellisandadi.com requests all the members to go through our website and select the suitable match of their choice considering selected profile(Opposite Party) requirements.

pellisandadi.com is not responsible for the authenticity of the information given by the members. 

pellisandadi.com cannot assess anybody's character or mentality. 

pellisandadi.com always requests its members to enquire themselves thoroughly before proceeding in any matrimonial alliance. 

pellisandadi.com never recommend any match to anyone. 

pellisandadi.com is not responsible for any matrimonial disputes. 

pellisandadi.com will entertain those who give photo and parents contact details.  

Members have to delete their profiles themselves from pellisandadi.com as soon as they got engaged (or) have to inform to pellisandadi either through Email or postal Letter or in person. The intimation over Telephone will not be considered.

pellisandadi.com will provide service to those who pay membership fee. The paid membership is valid as per the package subscribed by the member.In the event the member terminates the membership in pellisandadi.com,The member will not be entitled to a refund of subscription fees.

pellisandadi.com membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity.

pellisandadi.com will pursue the matches which are all selected by the party. But the contact details of the other party will be given to the members with the prior concern of the said party.

pellisandadi.com members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. Our site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of age, self details and income of other members.

pellisandadi.com is not responsible for any inadvertent errors that may have occurred. In no event, shall pellisandadi.com be responsible and liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage / loss that may occur due to the use of information contained herein. Further, the information contained herein is intended as information on matters of common interest and as general guidelines.

In event of pellisandadi.com finding any information given in the ad against the terms of service of our site, we reserve the right to terminate the ad without issuing any notice or compensation whatsoever to person who has placed the ad.

pellisandadi.com reserves the right to use the information given by the person giving the matrimonial ad or the person requesting the temporary registration in the manner of statistical interest or for promotion purposes only without obtaining any permission from the concerned person whatsoever anytime in future.

The uploading of the photograph and the subsequent display of the same is entirely the responsibility of the person who has given the ad. In case of any misuse of this service the person giving the ad will be held responsible and pellisandadi.com reserves the right to take appropriate action whether legal or otherwise in this regard including termination of the ad immediately without any correspondence in this regard. pellisandadi.com is also not responsible for any issue arising out of the saving of the image displayed in the ad by the net user or the viewers of the ad in their local computers or anywhere else and is indemnified by the person giving the ad in this regard also.
